• Can I bring my own garments to embroider?

  
  Yes, you may bring your own garments, it's not a problem. Just make sure that all garments are cleaned before bringing in. You will need to place your order in store.

• How many colours can be embroidered?

  
  Up to 12 colours per placement position on a garment.

• What forms of payment do you accept?

  
  Currently we accept Direct deposit, Cheque, Postal Money Order, and Paypal.

• Can I buy garments and not have them embroidered?

  
  Yes you can, at the moment our website is including the garment and embroidery, so drop us an e-mail with the garment description you would like to obtain a quote.

• Do you have a minimum order?

  
  No! We can buy any quantity required from one-off's to 1000's. We also have a discount structure in place when making larger purchases from 3+ garments to 500+ garments with the same design.

• How long does it take to do my order?

  
  Most orders only take 24 hours, it depends on how many garments ordered. If you order a few items and there in stock is available generally 24 hours. If it's a large order may take about 1+ week. We can do our best to meet any deadlines you require.

• Are there any garments that can't be embroidered?

  
  Most garments can be embroidered. The only thing we can't embroider are socks, shoes, some laptop bags and fabric CD cases.
  Basically, we can't embroider through fabric that has cardboard inside, as we need to frame the garment.
  
  Leather & Organza:
  We can embroider leather/organza materials, but no responsibility taken if the needle pulls the leather/organza apart, best always to bring a fabric sample before embroidering the actual garment.
  
  Ties:
  We can embroider most ties, but sometimes the embroidery may move due to the way ties are made, but this doesn't happen very often.

• What is Digitising?

  
  Digitising is programming your design/logo into stitches. This process generally takes about 1 week. (Rushed orders are also achievable; just send your logo through) Our online creator will quote you instantly; just upload the image file (jpeg, gif or png) in the online designer!

• How can I change the colours of the stock designs?
  
  At this time the online designer doesn't allow to change colours for viewing. If you would like different colours for the stock designs, please send through an e-mail. We are currently working on ways to improve our online system; this is being proposed for the next upgrade to our online system.

   

• Do you have any other garment styles available?

  
  Yes, we do! If you can't find what you need on our website just call or e-mail us with your query, and we will research the market to find what you need.
